Halton needs you

Adult Social Care

We are looking for people who are as passionate as we are about helping others and delivering person centred care for the people we support.

Our vacancies

Welcome

The role of our Care and Support team is to ensure that service users’ care and support plans are implemented in a manner that will ensure all needs are met to a high standard, maintaining independence when possible within their limitations.

We are really excited as a care home division to be involved in lots of exciting projects, including the development of an electronic care recording system, recruitment of volunteers and plans for a refurbishment of all of our homes with over £3 million secured to start work in 2023. This will mean that the people we support and our staff will live and work in new, light, bright and modern environments.

Welcome

  • Dignity and respect
  • Learning and reflection – (thinking about what you do and why you do things in a certain way)
  • Working together
  • Commitment to providing high quality care and support
